Are the State Governors Ready to Sell Out to the Communist Chinese?

                I really find this reprehensible and beyond reproach that our leaders deciding against our will sell out to a foreign power like the Communist Chinese. We never consented to this. We have no choice only to buy junk made in China and eat food not safe from them too. This regime is one of the most oppressive on Earth. They are ruthless and cunning. I do not know what it is going to take to wake up the people and remove these people from power selling out to a tyrannical power. It is time to rout out the traitors in government who dare do business with a brutal and evil power.

              When Hillary Clinton made a deal with China giving them the power of eminent domain to take land from the United States if we ever defaulted on our loans is illegal and unconstitutional. I wish state legislators had acted making moves telling the State Department that their land is not up for grabs for the Chinese to take. The sad truth our politicians are selling out handing over our roads and infrastructure. The very things the people played for in gas taxes are signing over to countries like Spain and China. It is not theirs to give or sell. How bad does it have to get until the people understand they been deceived and sold out by two-faced politicians?

               The Idaho governor must be accountable to the people in a recall election. If the people can remove him from office, then he should be on trial for treason and violating the Logan Act going over to China. The Governor's actions behind closed doors making deals with a foreign power are high treason. He does not have consent of the governed in the State of Idaho. He is giving aid and comfort to our enemy by allowing them to set up a free trade zone that is really a military beachhead in the state of Idaho than just doing business to create jobs for Americans. In Texas, the Chinese tried to take over operations at the Galveston Ports. The Chinese have taken over West Texas oil fields. This has to stop right here and right now. This is why they are going after our guns relentlessly. They cannot finish the job unless we are disarmed.

              The next month of July, all the state governors will be meeting with the communist Chinese party officials to make deals. I do not want any more deals with the Chinese. I just want to pay off our debt to them, so we do not have to be obligated to them. Bring back the jobs by American companies, not slave labor in sweat shops owned by the Chinese. This was done by design were mega corporations pushing for anti competitive laws lobbied the government to put restrictive and costly regulations in place to strangle any competition. They have pushed for tax incentives to move manufacturing offshore as the result of creating burdensome regulations making it cost so much to do business as the excuse. This is why Americans cannot compete with Chinese in manufacturing.

             This meeting was done as a result of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton agreeing with China promoting a "memorandum of understanding" in the name of” Strengthen Bi lateral cooperation". I do not want to come an understanding with cold-blooded killers and sworn enemies. I do not trust the Chinese no more than I can throw them. To bring these State governors in to meet with these murderers to make deals makes me sick to my stomach. If they do sell out to our enemy with disregard to the rule of law, then we need to move to have these Governors fired and removed from office.

              I do not want their money or investment in my beloved Texas. I do not think the people of Texas want the Chinese here either. The message we need to send to our state legislators to start articles of impeachment or a recall election if Slick Rick does the following. If Governor Perry signs over one inch of Texas land or accept one dime of money from the Chinese without the advice consent of the people or the legislator. There must be harsh consequences if he does. I do not think the legislators will do such a thing for their own good old boy slick Rick. They will roll over and look away with a blind eye.

             I just wonder when enough will will it be enough with these sell out Politicians like Rick Perry and Mitch Daniels of Indiana. They both singed over roads the people played for to a foreign power. The Legislator and the outcry of the people stopped Gov. Perry. It is just sad the people of Texas reelected a globalist whore that sold out the people of Texas before. Therefore, since he is again serving another term will sell out the rest of Texas because in his mind the people are stupid to let him get away with it. Therefore, will many of these State governors at this forum with the Chicoms will sell out too our enemies? I just wonder will the people finally say enough is enough.

             

Why Individuality is Feared as a Threat to Collectivism and Tyranny.

               The sad fact about the human race is they mimic what the group mentality is. I have seen this in many facets of society. We are being encouraged to speak this way. Write this way. Do this or do that. Do not rock the boat. Just go along and get along. If we played the game, Simon says. Most people will do what Simon says without thought. If Simon says turn in your neighbor if you see something, then say something to call Homeland Security. They will do this without question. If Simon says, do not ask questions and just trust the government. People will obey. The government and the culture plays Simon says with the people. People blindly do it. In reality, people are clones on how to think and what to think. The true ugliness of collectivism not to think and speak for ones self ever or else. We are just to go with the flow and not fight the status quo.

                What is also very awesome is in the Patriot movement. We have broken out of collective conditioning to fulfill our full potential. I have seen the talent of people unleashed as a title wave making videos and documentaries. I saw the creativity in people make some of the most captivating and inspiring works that define their sense of purpose. People are putting their talent to work to do the extraordinary and the unthinkable. To push the limits beyond people's expectations to carry the message to those willing to see and hear. Using our creativity and our individual personality making our mark in all we do for the cause of freedom. We are waking up people like never before. The patriots using unique satire whether it is comical or a sarcastic style in our effort to makes people think just like Thomas Payne’s book Common Sense. We are educating people and growing rapidly. We are a big part of the alternative media daring to challenge the status quo in the dieing mainstream media. Our success is not just sharing the truth. It is how we delver it is what is making the impact.

                  What frightens the hell out of the establishment in Washington DC and the entrenched tyrants is the individual. They cannot infiltrate the individual as they use to with groups or news organizations. That is why they are losing control and cannot silence us. For a long time the individual has been under attack. We see it in labor unions where people are encouraged to do the bare minimum and do not work too hard. The teacher is told not do their job too good if they is part of the union. I have seen it too many times that people who work hard and make an effort to do more than what is ask of them get attacked. They are under constant ridicule as an example not to be an individual and just accept mediocrity as the norm. Collectivism robs the people's ability of creativity, personal initiative, incentive and innovation. It is by design as a means to destroy the human spirit and discourage any form of individuality.

                 I pay the price for being an individual every day writing this blog daily. I am unconventional and unorthodox in how I speak my mind. I now take the insults of the people who attack the manner in which the way I convey myself to those who read this blog as a badge of honor. I will not let those people that are so delusional with a false sense of intellect and feelings of superiority. They cannot not attack what I say or argue the merits with reasonable input. They feel threatened at my style of individuality. Therefore, they attack the manner in which I express myself. They wish they could be so free to speak their mind. The only person they hurt is themselves depriving their being the grace to be an individual .Demanding people speak in a manner that suitable to their limited parameters only shows they are out of touch.Their minds are so closed to the fact people have their own style of writing that defies the rules to be different.The very essence that expresses the beauty of individuality makes certain people a threat because they dare to push the limits every time.. Nevertheless, they are stuck on stupid. They have a knowledge being book smart feeling all superior claiming to be the guardian of the English language. These same people have no sense of street smart either who cannot find the dipstick under the hood of a car. I write in the street-smart common tongue. I never went to Harvard and do not care if I ever go either. I am not seeking the Pulitzer Prize award or seeking a job with the New York Times. I just want my country back. If my form of unorthodox and unconventional use of the English language makes them feel threatened because it shows me being a living person and not a Robot. That is their problem.

                  The greatness of this nation relies on the power of the free individual. This is what scares tyrants and despots so much because the patriot movement has allowed the freedom of the individual the power to create to their full potential without constraint. This is why we are so powerful and growing. The power of the individual is what will bring this nation back from the ashes of despair. Why because the patriot is fearless to be free to use the talent given to them. That is what separates the thinkers in the movement from the stinkers in government.

             

The White House has Texas in the Crosshairs to Bring the Lone Star State to its Knees.

               The last three years of dealing with the Obama White House has been a tough battle. This administration knows no boundaries as far as the law is concerned. Ever since that very day, President Obama has sworn the oath of office. He has done everything possible to wreck this nation. He has attacked every industry known to bring this nation to its knees. The only state that has not felt the impact like most other states is Texas. The Lone Star State is very distinct from the rest of the states in the union.  We can see the economy is almost at a stand still in most of the states. The Texas economy has done well under the circumstances. The state is very hard to bring down due to how the Texas economy is structured. It is very independent.

                We have seen the Obama White House go after Texas vigorously. The President believes Texas was robbed away from Mexico when that is not what history has recorded. The Mexican General singed over Texas in defeat after the battle of San Jacinto. He believes Texas belongs to Mexico. If that is the case if we apply the same rule of logic Mexico should be handed back to Spain because Mexico stole it from the Spanish. Mexico had a right to declare independence from Spanish rule. In President’s eye, Texas did not have a right to secede from Mexico. It seems Texas is being more under siege more than other states. Obama hates Texas and Texans. I think Texas at the end of the day will not bow their knee to the White House or break the will of the Texans no matter what the President tries. He is attacking Texas like never before.

                There is a report the BATFE was responsible for starting the fires in West Texas because they were exploding ordinance seized in raids. The Texas firefighters have been fighting the fires with little or no help from the White House with any aid. Governor Perry asks for Federal assistance from FEMA to help battle the wild fires. The White House refused to help Texas bring these fires under control that charred many acres of land and destroyed livestock. The President obligated under law thumbed his nose at Texas and said go pound sand.

                The President through the EPA unlawfully took over the green house authorization process granting permits to refineries and coal fire power plants. The reason why I must explain this, the reason is that Texas refused to go along with new regulations issued by the EPA that would have crippled the Texas economy. The EPA will not allow a new coal fire power plant to start up in Corpus Christi and shutting down other power plants in Texas without any law to do so. Last winter ordered rolling blackouts in one of the coldest days in Texas in the name of carbon emissions. The Obama administration is ignoring being in contempt of court. He is ignoring an order to resume oil drilling offshore further hurting the Texas economy. Now the lizard being added to the endangered species list in west Texas might threaten oil-drilling operations. One more knife in the heart of the Texas economy.

                 What we have witnessed in a national outrage with the threat of a blockade over the Texas skies by the Justice Department is so blatant. It is because the State Senate was on the verge of passing a bill making it a felony to touch people in an inappropriate way as a condition to board an airplane. Police and sworn peace officers cannot get away with this kind of conduct. The Border Patrol who intercepts illegal aliens unlawfully crossing the border cannot touch people this way. If the agents actions were in violation to a person’s dignity with such intrusive searches breaking the law The Mexican government would want these Border Patrol agents heads on a platter like they did to agents Ramos and Compeon when they tried to stop a drug smuggler coming in illegally. It is good to see Texans willing to call their bluff saying "Bring it on" and not cowering under the thumb of the Obama Administration's threats of a siege.

                  When the Texas economy starts to crash by the implosion of the dollar and by flawed policies out of Washington DC I will not blame the Obama administration. It is like blaming home invaders robbing the home when the person refuses to lock their door. Blame the homeowner for not willing to lock the door, not the burglars. Thieves will keep stealing unless the person is willing to make the effort to secure the home. I will blame Gov. Rick Perry, the Texas legislator for not listening to the people's demands to push back against a lawless President. If the Governor is going to run for President and touts, his book "Fed up". I hope this comes back to haunt him in the primaries and his ambitions are destroyed. It is the duty of the Texas legislator to erect barriers to the shield the people of Texas from illegal Federal incursions. They are not doing it. Not only did they open the door for Obama to violate the rule of law in Texas. They took the door off the hinges leaving Texas wide open for federal abuses at will of the White House. What is the reason why the Texas State government we elected is so reluctant to act on the behalf of the people of Texas?

                 Here it is. We have a Governor and a Lt Governor in Texas who both broke the law violating the Logan act. Governor Rick Perry attended the Builderburger meeting in Istanbul Turkey in 2007. Lt Governor Dewhurst is a CIA hack acting against the interest of Texas. A report says he did attend the Bretton Woods conference with George Soros discussing the collapse of the US Dollar and the economic destruction of the United States. We also have the Texas Speaker of the House Joe Strauss who sold his soul and Texas for political power. These people in these key posts are there to choke any meaningful legislation. They killed the firearms freedom act and any form of bill declaring state sovereignty. Bills submitted that were stalled are HCR 50 declaring Texas is a sovereign state and HCR 70 going against the draconian EPA. If the Governor and the leadership were serious about Texas sovereignty and keeping the federal government in check against the heavy hand from Washington as they say in speeches. Many bills advancing the cause of freedom pushing back against this dictatorship in Washington DC could have been the law in the 2009 session. The Texas Legislator would not be debating on the floor what about what city is the Christmas capital of Texas, visitation rights for pets or doggy insurance, Protecting Texas would be high priority if they were serious.

                Why Obama has been so successful weakening Texas? Why Texas is still in the crosshairs of the White House is because the politicians who proclaim they are the vanguards of liberty and Texas sovereignty. In reality, they are the ushers telling the Feds come right in so they steal and pillage the people of Texas. As Texans, we have to face facts. We have a bunch of yellow belly cowards and sell outs in Austin. Not real true Texans, just in name only This is the reason I have no confidence in any leadership inside State government anymore. If the State government were serious and backed up words with action acting on the will of Texans Then Barrack Obama would know better not to mess with Texas.

Tea Party Leadership to Endorse A RINO Like Romney?

              To hear the leaders who claim to be the Tea Party say they will endorse any candidate in the GOP better get his head out of his backside and take a look. The establishment GOP who co-opted the movement are trying to sell one of their people as the viable person. To me Romney.Gingrich Pawlenty,Huckabee and Santorum are the same old losers recycled every four years. Having the Republican or the incumbent in the White House would be just as bad as Obama or worse. It does not matter who is in the White House. Nothing changes and we are seeing it in the GOP House of Representatives. We see them rolling over to Obama on undeclared wars,the debt ceiling and the patriot act. 
                I do not think the grassroots in the Tea Party movement are going to be very alienated hearing this from the self appointed leaders who claim to speak for the people tells me the establishment in the Republican party is trying to give an ultimatum of take one of our people or nothing at all. The people can not have Ron Paul or Gary Johnson if they win all the delegates in the primaries. They will not get the nomination. They threatened Reagan that the party will not give him the nomination unless he chose George HW Bush to be his running mate. I have this suspicion the GOP hacks are trying to keep their RINOs in power and not a true servant of the people. I believe many in the grassroots of the tea party know they will get more of the same if they chose a loser over who is the best candidate.
                For the Tea Party to endorse Mitt Romney tells me there is a media illusion getting ready to happen like they did with McCain.Senator McCain who was about to go broke because of no support with the grassroots over his stance on Amnesty and not willing to enforce immigration laws. He was so in touch with the people. He said "lettuce farmers in Pima Arizona had a hard time finding people to work for $50 a hour harvesting the crop". If that was true. I be living in Arizona right now. He all of sudden comes back and wins New Hampshire?
                To push the movement into a corner to stand behind people who are known failures who really brought no change in office when they had the House, Senate and the White House.They have blown it. With the public backlash over the passage of Obamacare. I do not think they will like Romneycare either who signed a similar law in the state of Massachusetts. The RINOs are on the ropes because the people do not see them any different then the democrats. I think a libertarian like Ron Paul will win this time. I do not think people will buy the same old tired losers in the GOP.  To say the Tea Party will endorse even Romney is an insult to my intelligence. I find it hard to believe when they are ready to throw Boehner over board for not following through on his promise. I do not think the grassroots will make the same mistake twice. People are tired of being burned with empty promises.

               

Al Quada Threats Used to Go After Our Guns?

              The Obama Administration who wants a full-blown tyrannical dictatorship to subjugate the people needs to have the citizens disarmed. An armed population stands in the way of these despots. The government does not have a monopoly on deadly force. They need that unequal balance of power using the barrel of a gun to be the overlords over the people to have total control. First, they have to find a way to disarm us by deception and propaganda. They are working overtime to get our guns using anything and everything they can at their disposal.

               People nationwide knew after the news broke that Barrack Obama was now President elect. Many people who never owned firearms and people who own firearms went on a buying spree clearing guns and ammunition off the shelves around the nation. This happened where the sales record far surpassed previous years. More people now are running to firearms dealers once again because of gun control freaks in power are back threatening the right to keep and bear arms. Guns shows were full to capacity with people looking to buy, sell, or trade firearms. People know this President is coming for the guns and the citizens are preparing for the inevitable. A violent revolution coming on the horizon is very possible.

                 They tried to demonize gun ownership with the shooting of Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords and the violence on the US Mexican border when guns were turning up at crime scenes in Mexico. It is the talking points by the White House that the guns purchased in the Border States from Texas to California were the contributing factor to the wars between drug cartels. Many whistle blowers in the BATFE that agents were taking firearms from the evidence locker and ordered to smuggle the guns south of the border to sell to the Mexican drug cartels. The federal government under the White House is directly involved in a false flag act to demonize the second amendment.

                  The Obama Administration is the most rabid anti gun people I seen in history. Now a known CIA asset AKA Adam Gadahn who is really Adam Pearlman is now engaging in phony Jihad again. The very person who would wait outside of mosques so he can beat up Muslim worshipers coming out of the temple. He is the grandson of a prominent ADL member is calling on Muslims to buy automatic weapons from guns shows. Then go on a shooting spree shedding innocent blood in public places where people gather. The truth is people need a special permit to carry a fully automatic rifle from the Federal government. What Adam said is the latest AL Quada threat who is a CIA asset not a real Muslim. He is just a CIA verbal stunt dummy who is Jewish who plays a phony Muslim when the US government needs to create a crisis.

                 I see Obama going after the guns in an aggressive and rabid way. Will this be the Waterloo for the gun grabbers? It will be for the Police State too if they try to confiscate firearms. He may get the guns from people in the North East, including places like Illinois and California. Texas will push back along with many other states in the south will not go along with it. Anyone who is trying to disarm us is our enemy. The only thing keeping us from seeing mass graves with the reign of terror like it was under Mao or Stalin is our firearms in the hands of the people. Government does not have a monopoly on deadly force. We still have the power because we still hold our guns.

                To say Al Quada will get us if we do not give up our right to keep and bear arms is so asinine. So America be ready for an other false flag attack on our second Amendment were mercenaries who are assets of the Federal government will mow down unarmed people claiming to be the citizens militia or Al Quada. Most likely places like New York, Chicago or Washington DC were the people are disarmed and helpless. They will most likely carry out an attack against innocent people claiming their enemies did it in these places.(Remember in WACO with 17 children burned alive,Sam Weaver at Ruby Ridge shot in the back and the children in the Day care center at the Oklahoma city Bombing).The Federal government will murder children to advance their anti constitutional agenda,To the tyrants,the end justifies the means.  They would not dare do this in States were people have conceal and carry permits. They will demonize states that are very pro firearms with no strict gun control laws because the guns sold in those states will be used in staged acts of terrorism. They will make their move to pull off a false flag attack to demonize the second amendment so they can sell the idea the law abiding should turn in their guns because or Al Quada will get us if they don't. If we have our firearms than we must be with Al Quada will be the propaganda talking points.

              To say Al Quada will attack us if we do not surrender our right to keep and bear arms is a dumb excuse to go after the guns. The US government has no interest in protecting us in this war on terrorism. They do not intend to keep us safe. They want to protect themselves from the people taking back the nation by force of arms. This is a threat to their power. As long, the free people have arms in their possession to serve as a counter measure against tyranny as our founders intended. Then we will not go the way as China and Russia gone. As long, we have the means to resist tyranny by bearing arms. Then we have a chance of staying free.

The Imperial Obama Administration,The Corrupt U.S. Senate,States Rights and the Nightmare of the 17th Amendment

              It is time to bring the case forward on the ratification of the 17th Amendment taking way the power of the States any representation in the Federal government. We are now looking at what has happened almost 100 years later. We have to call into question state by state by each legislator the legality of elections of US Senators by popular vote. Can we say the 17th Amendment legally is ratified without a doubt? We all know the 16th was not ratified creating the IRS and the income tax. The meaning of the founder’s intent of the word Senator was really an ambassador representing the State Governments in Washington DC. The District of Columbia is a neutral territory separate unto itself, not part of any state, which at one time to be a foreign power in the eyes of the states. This Bicameral Congress had an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The upper chamber is the Senate. This chamber is a creature of the states. The lower chamber is the House of Representatives we call the people’s House.

            This is how the Federal Government has checks and balances on itself. Not only the Congress was keeping check on the court and the executive branch overstepping its power. Also, states kept a check on Federal power through the US Senate. State legislators appointed two senators. They cannot go to Washington by popular elections as the House of Representatives are sent. When a Senator did not vote the will of the state government as ordered. These appointed Senators are under order to return at the will of the state legislator and replaces the person to fulfill the rest of the term. All legislation is started in the House. If passed, it would move to the Senate were the states advised their Senators how to vote. The US Senate had some distinct functions the house did not have. They presided over the impeachment trials of the President. The President had to seek advice and consent of the US Senate over ratification of Treaties that required two thirds of the Senate for treaties under the process of ratification. The President needed the Senate’s confirmation in appointing Supreme Court Justices and Judges in the lower courts.

              The State legislators decided over the ratification of treaties,and the president's appointment of Judges. The state government decided if a President was guilty or innocent by the impeachment process. The Senators would sit in judgment for the state as a juror in the trial of impeachments. The framers of the Constitution designed our form of government had in mind the states have a very active role in the federal process. Having the Senators appointed by the State government was also a firewall from bribery and corruption from special interest. The Senators were accountable to the State governments they represented. It served as a check on congress. This included the president’s executive powers and courts if there was misconduct from the bench. The US Senate would remove judges from the bench by impeachment if the Judge were a threat to State's rights and sovereignty. It is not a perfect system by any means. Nevertheless, it did keep corruption in check. Not all corruption was stopped. It was certainly a better system back then. A lot better than we have now.

              Today the US Senate is unrecognizable. How did this happen? In 1913 in the height progressive era in full swing, Calvin Coolidge pushed for US Senators to fill vacancies by popular vote. The reason because the states had vacancies in the Senate that was a problem. Sometimes because of disagreements deciding who to send because of political infighting. The other reason some vacancies were because the Legislator was not in session to select who will represent the state in Washington DC. It was a problem. This is one of the flaws in the Constitution. They should have given the power to the governor to appoint Senators to fill vacancies until Legislator came into session. Many of these governors could have called a special session to fill the vacancies too if the governor did not have the power to do recess appointments while legislator was in recess. The governors should have been delegated the power of recess appointments or call a mandatory special session until the vacancies were filled. This provision should have been included in the Constitution so all states are present in Washington with no vacancies in the Senate.

              The year 1913 was the year the United States ceased to be a representative republic and became a nation ruled by oligarchs. Prior to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act. The money powers had to make sure of the two things. The states would not be able to kill the bank through the US Senate and the Income tax as a surety to pay the private central bank for the issuance of currency through the income tax. The US Senate in 1811 was voting to renew the Private Central Bank's Charter.  The First Central Bank’s charter was up for renewal in 1811. Vice President Clinton voted breaking the tie going against the moneychangers not in favor of renewing the Bank's charter.The vice President can only cast a vote if there is a tie on the floor of the Senate. The states have been a threat to the central bankers ever since President Andrew Jackson killed the second Bank of the United States. The crimes of the Central Bank were exposed. This caused the states not to have a central bank because of the abuses in the past by private central bankers. That all changed by 1913. When the 17th Amendment was proposed and passed congress. It was announced by the Secretary of State the Amendment was ratified. The truth is the 17th Amendment has never been ratified by three fourths of the states. Many state legislators were not in session to vote on ratification. This Amendment like the 16th becomes legal by fraudulent means. This was a globalist coup to start eroding state sovereignty. Before the Federal government can erode national sovereignty. They had to subjugate the states first. They tried to erode American sovereignty with the League of Nations after World War one. The congress with the states wanted no part of it and failed to ratify the charter. It would be until 1945 when the UN charter was ratified starting the road of attacking US sovereignty. First, they had to attack the states undermining their sovereignty first.

                Now it is close to 100 years later. We have seen usurping the power of the states with legislation like the War Powers Acts, The National Security Act, FDR's New Deal, The UN Charter, The great society and the Administrative Procedures Act all usurped powers from the states. For many decades, the states are hostage with the threat of withholding federal funds if they dared assert sovereignty. Secretary of Transportation Elizabeth Dole threatened States to withhold highway funds if they did not increase the drinking age from 18 to 21. We have a national debt of 14 trillion now.  Many of the states under their constitutions cannot spend more than they take in maintaining sound fiscal policy to stay out of debt. The States have no control over fiscal policy in Washington. We can see the expansion of the Federal government and power over the states. We have a standing army now that can now subjugate the states at the will of the Federal Government. A Standing Army in peacetime without a declaration of war from congress was what the founders feared would be a potential abuse of power over the people. A threat to our liberties indeed.

                 As we look at the Obama Administration today. We have so much abuse of power from the executive branch of government. The US Senators are so far in a remote place so out of touch with the States and the people who reside in it. They are now selling out to the global agenda. Senators like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Joe Lieberman, Barbara Boxer and over half of the Senate wants to attack Free speech with the rest of the Bill of Rights. The States have no control over them and have no way to hold them accountable.  They are agents of big corporations. The ratification of treaties are lobbied by special interest and the not the several states. The US Senate has thumbed its nose at the states and the people with destructive free trade deals like NAFTA, GATT, the NAU or SPP, CAFTA and the WTO. The flipped the middle finger at the American people with Amnesty and visas for cheap foreign labor taking away jobs from Americans. They will not secure the border because many people in big business desire the cheap labor and Democrats their voting block. These entrenched Senators want to censor the internet not because of cyber security. It is because we are exposing the powers that are in these Senator's back pockets. They do not want free speech because of the internet. We are kicking their ass everyday. This institution is corrupt with 100 empty suits who feel they are no longer accountable to the people or the state legislator.

               Congress does not intend to reign in the power of the President who has far exceeded his authority. We have Cap and trade enforcement without a law from congress, The UN Small Arms Treaty. The Law of the Sea treaty, The Waterways legislation was the Federal Government claims the power to seize control of all water sources. Through the EPA that prohibited the states from using their own natural resources to save a field mouse on the endangered species list. They cannot drill for oil. Build refineries or construct new coal power plants. We have Obamacare which is the worst law passed in my lifetime. There are so many egregious laws that are further attacking the rights of the states. The congress is willing to give Obama a blank check on the powers to make war or go after American citizens he deems threats. The States are not part of the process keeping this federal power in check. Congress keeps ceding its constitutional authority the Constitution delegates to them. They gave over the power to coin money to a Private Central Bank that has wrecked our economy. They have given away the power to declare war to the President. His will to act as he wishes without oversight. Now he can declare wars and go into countries without the approval of congress. Even raise an Army to invade its own country. The Federal Government has become a law unto itself without any constraints of the State Governments to stop them because of the 17th Amendment is one of the big reasons why.

               Then US Senate has played a major part in the rise of monopolies. These big trans national corporations ignoring Anti trust laws now use the power of the government to shut down competition. They played a part of keeping Goldman Sachs from any criminal prosecution looting the American people. They obstructed the auditing of the Federal Reserve Bank that was veto proof passed by the House. They have not gone after British Petroleum for the spill in the gulf. They passed laws giving immunity to big Pharmaceutical companies from being sued for injuries or deaths caused by vaccines. They passed laws were the States cannot protect its people from the abuses from the Federal government and the big corporations. The state have no say in what the Federal government says and does anymore.

                If these states are serious about their rights as they proclaim to be. They should first come to the realization the 17th amendment was not ratified. If they have the fortitude start recalling these Senators back to the legislator to answer questions why they voted against the interest of the state and why they did if their actions caused harm to the people of the state. The state rebelled over the real ID act with success saying no so far. They are starting to push back. However, it is not enough. It is great they are pushing backing against Obamacare, gun control with the Firearms Freedom Act and the latest in Texas stopping the TSA abuses. The states must act now further not allowing another power grab by the TSA coming to the streets of America.

               The state has lost the power to say no to the Federal government when it oversteps its power. The states need to see the root of the problem looking for the reason why they are being a doormat by draconian laws and mandates coming out of Washington DC. They must face reality their authority of state governments is ignored by fraud daily .Now the states must act. This means subpoenas to appear before a joint committee of the legislator to hold them accountable. Making statements under oath with the threat of arrest if they fail to appear or commit perjury giving false testimony. Forcing the Senators to answer questions why they voted the way they did and who paid them off. The states must find a way to reign in Federal power and put them back on a leash. Consequences follow if they do not act or take it seriously their sovereignty as a state. They will lose the power to say no. If states rights suffer for lack of moral fortitude of the states then we all get hurt. This is a great time for states to take back what rightfully belongs to them and that is declaring the seventeenth amendment has not been ratified. The first step taking back state's rights by dispelling the lie

Feeding the Homeless Might Be a Illegal?Has the Government Declared War on the Homeless and the Good Samaritan ?

              The very same government that has created the economic conditions.Those very destructive policies that are responsible for wrecking the livelihoods of many people. The cost of these corrupt mandates contributed to the high unemployment numbers, the housing foreclosures and the dismal economic conditions for us all.At the same time enriching Wall Street money junkies and the Bankster gangsters at our expense. The very politicians that created the problem forcing people to live on the streets with no food or shelter is something baffling to me. In some cities, it is illegal to be homeless by the very municipalities that chased off jobs or business for revenue enhancement for the local coffers. The very police state who says they care about us so much. This same government threw many people out on the streets of no fault of their own with illegal foreclosures. The very same corrupt governments who just by force pushed people into a condition of being homeless now want to make against the law or a crime.

              The first amendment protects freedom of religion. Many Christians see their moral duty and obligation to feed the homeless and help the less fortunate in society. It has always been are characteristic as Americans to be generous and to help our fellow man in need. Providing food to the homeless is a part of the Christian faith being a servant for Christ. Jesus did not need a permit from Caesar to feed 4000 people with bread and fish. I can see the corruption of many politicians in elected office. They are a part of the out of control city governments and the state health agencies. They do more harm than good because they care. Feeding the homeless may now be against the law or more complicated with government red tape to get a permit. Feeding the Homeless will be more expensive to stay in compliance with bureaucrats than operating a soup kitchen without government interference. Government is too costly to have involved in charity. This lunacy by big government is taking away funds that can used better just to help more people rather than costly measures to comply with irrelevant standards just to keep the government off their backs.

                 When did anyone need a license or a permit to feed the homeless? They are not the Olive Garden or McDonalds. They do not run restaurants. Now decent and law-abiding people are now criminals for feeding the homeless. The crime of helping the less fortunate in the city parks in Orlando Florida. Is now being a Good Samaritan a crime? Will it become illegal altogether now to help our neighbor in need? The day will come that we might go to jail for making a ham sandwich in the near future for a homeless family? So what is the government solution?I think everyone will be issued an EBT cards in the name of food safety because of the dirty soup kitchens can make someone sick. In the governments eyes buying all that GMO food is so much healthier and so much safer than the food at the Baptist church basement. What a crock of BS.

                We should not let stupid government regulations and ordinances stop us from doing what is right. If our neighbor is in need.It does not matter if it is legal or not. We have a moral obligation to resist and ignore an unjust government. Before the welfare state was part of American society. Churches and communities took care of their own. There were no food stamps.  People united and responded when a neighbor was in distress. No matter how great the need Local communities through charities and the churches took care of people with a helping hand and not a handout. They seen to it that a family was able to provide for itself and not depend on one for assistance. Now the government took over what was once the duty of the people. Social Security took the place of the family looking after the elders of the family in their old age. Social Services took over the welfare of the child. A state institution was the last resort. A family member or a good neighbor stepped forward and raised the child rather then put them in foster care. Religious organizations once owned and operated hospitals that were not for profit.The best medical treatment not compromising quality care regardless of income was the norm. Now since the government took over. Everything is a mess. The health care system was better back in the day when government was not involved then today.

                  The government has gone heartless and cruel against the homeless. People living in their cars losing all what they owned .The automobile will be lost because the owner has no insurance or valid registration. Leaving a person with just the clothes on their backs on the side of the road is really a cruel thing to do. CPS taking kids way from parents homeless is the real carouse thing to do. Parents can handle losing a home, possessions and a car. Nevertheless, losing their children is something is a knife through the heart. Police in St Petersburg Florida slicing tents with knives that was a person’s personal property trying to drive away the homeless shows our government does not care about the people they hurt or harmed. We are all just peasants and slaves to feed off to them,

                   We must put a stop to this out of control lawless government. It should not be against the law being homeless and it should not be a crime to feed them either. The people arrested in Florida will keep feeding the homeless. For me it is a right under my religious freedom to feed and help the less fortunate regardless of the laws prohibiting this act of charity. I say just leave them alone if they want to feed the homeless. This is what made American great. It was not bombs and bullets. The government does not define our greatness. Our goodness and generosity define our greatness as a people. Americans never hesitated to step up when people were in need here and abroad. We always responded. Generosity and being charitable is a crime just because the government says it is. It still does not make it immoral or wrong with a vote by politicians making it law. It is just turning law abiding and the innocent into criminals. This is the very definition of a police state gone mad.
