Rick Santorum's Sharia Law Concerning Sex (Actually Illegal Ways to Have Sex in all 50 states)

Would Rick Santorum Adopt these Laws under Christian Sharia Law? He does want to get into our bedroom.

Oral sex is illegal in 18 states, including Arizona.

In Virginia, it is illegal to have sex with the lights on.

It is illegal for husbands in Willowdale, Oregon, to talk dirty during intercourse.

Sexual intercourse between unmarried couples is illegal in Georgia.

Engaging in any sexual position other than missionary is illegal in Washington, DC. ( Arrest the Congress)

In Connorsville, Wisconsin, it is illegal for a man to shoot off a gun when his female partner is having an orgasm.

In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, it is illegal to have sex with a truck driver inside a toll booth.

Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal in Florida.

It is illegal in Utah to marry your first cousin before the age of 65.

Sex with animals is perfectly legal for men in Washington state, as long as the animal weighs less than 40 pounds.

wtf.. are they serious.. I guess 90% of the people in Georgia needs to be arrested

  2. How does the government think that it has control over a couple's way of pleasing each other? If this doesn't sound like tyranny to anyone else then we have a problem. But that's just me.

  3. The Interstate Commerce clause allows government to regulate sex with your spouse. The reasoning is thus: There is a market in illicit sex. People hire prostitutes. Sometimes prostitutes cross state lines. If you DO NOT hire a prostitute that crosses state lines, and just have sex with your wife, you are having an effect on that illicit business, and that is what puts you under the reach of the Interstate Commerce clause.
