My Hat is Off to the Nashville Mother Who Stood Up to the TSA Against The Groping of Her Daughter

Where has common sense gone? Reading about the how sworn officers arrest a woman for standing up for her daughter rights is one more reason to get the Federal government out of the big cities and the police department. These cops suck up to a bunch of minimum wage goons and arrest a woman who did not want her daughter’s fourth amendment rights violated. There is nothing wrong with the woman being angry saying no to the TSA not to have her daughter groped. For those police officers who arrested this mother. You should just turn in your badge and gun if you are not going to uphold the law.

So what is disorderly conduct? Is the TSA goon groping and feeling up passengers without cause? Is it the mother standing up to a bunch of federal funded bullies doing as a parent should do standing up and defending the dignity of her child? Disorderly conduct charge is pending because she challenged the TSA. I wish that father back in November would have punched the lights out of that TSA thug for groping his son. he would have been an American hero and I do not think the public would not be mad at him at all and the TSA might be scared a little if more men gave these goons a broken nose. Where are all the men? It seems the ladies are the ones willing to fight and stand up.

For those Police Officers who arrested this mother. I wonder ,are you now going arrest the parents when they call the police on a pedophile who is going to harm their kids. Are you going to arrest the store clerk if he stops a robbery? In Chicago, they do if someone defends their home from a home invader. Police need to uphold state law against the TSA and stop going along pandering to these thugs. The TSA are violating state law using official oppression committing sexual assault to grope and feel up passengers without probable cause. I hope the police get egg on their face when this woman gets a jury trial and they all pass the verdict down saying "Not Guilty". The people know better that this woman should have not been the one going to jail and the government perverts should have been behind bars for violating state law. Standing up for our God given rights should not be converted into a crime.

  1. American men are the biggest pansies in the galaxy. We need to take the TSA goons to task. Imagine what Ben, Joe and Hoss would have done if the stagemaster molested the womenfolk as they boarded the stagecoach?

  5. Will someone open a FB account to help this woman. She is going to need $$ for bail, attorney's fees and, wait for it, fines.

  7. Knock them on their ass . . . then they would call ChildProtectiveServices for long lasting pedophile enjoyment.Stop flying and start bankrupting some airlines..airports give the permission for TSA presence. They can take it away anytime. TX almost did it, but folded.

  8. When the TSA goons molest a protesting person, start chanting NO, NO, NO!

If one hundred people do this you will NOT be arrested. If one does it MORE may or you may be arrested. Freedom ain't free.

  9. Speaking as an Aussie it amazes me that there are no reports ever of these TSA guys getting a good kicking. Manliness is now a broken thing.

  11. I left a request note at The Tennesean news for where I could leave a donation. Nothing yet.

There are a million ways to get even. And GET EVEN GOOD. I suggest people refresh their senses and practice a bit. You may not be able to get this trash to respect you, however... Our Congress is too chicken to say who did 9-11 out loud. Insurance fraud and a huge laundering of counterfeit securities is indicated as real motive beyond the WTCs I and II falling apart, as was the case. Building 7 was pure insurance fraud with the crooks in office and court.

  12. it's becoming patently self-evident why the USA is known around the world as: "The Great Satan!" People willing to do this work should be banned from our society.

  13. Once, when I was in a courtroom, for the 36th time, trying to get justice for an extortionist, a crazy guy got up in front of the judge and made an absolute mockery of the court. He was dancing, twirling, giggling, and laughing hysterically. After his performance, he happened to plop down on the bench next to me which caused many people to vacate as if he was an oozing Aids patient. When he saw that I didn't move, he whispered to me, "Notice that nobody stood up to me. They're afraid of me. They know that whatever I am charged with, I will insist on a jury trial. Minimum cost, $10,000 to seat a jury for one day. Unless, I murder someone, they will never stand up to me."

It was true, the bailiffs that ruled the court room with an iron fist, were visibly frightened by him. I started putting 2 and 2 together. They would have me appear in court 30 or 40 times and nothing happened. The first time that they knew, prosecution, defense and judge that my wife or I could not attend the day's proceeding, they settled for a lesser charge and released the criminal that had threatened to murder my children unless I paid him $30,000. They had colluded and planned to avoid a jury trial.

A courageous and knowledgable criminal can do just about anything they want and thumb their nose at the criminal justice system.

The 7th amendment of the Bill of Rights states:

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Mere mention of this little known amendment will will create panic in any courtroom.

  14. Indeed, Miguel.

Very interesting legal point. I think that is what is needed. A huge legal battle right infront of the public.

Perhaps, refusing a pat down or the Microwave oven. With your attorney present. Using the 4th Ammendment as your weapon. Followed by fifty other people doing the very same thing at staggered times over a couple of days. Make it a fifty million dollar court battle for half a dozen major cities. And you will get press on the issue.

  15. The woman is better off defending herself in court, forget jury trial. After the verdict in the Casey Anthony case, her jurors might be as dimwitted as those were.Defend herself, and it throws a monkey wrench in the system.. The court HAS to rule in her favor....the secret is knowing between a sovereign, (that's her) and the court, that only recognizes the US as a corporation, not as a Republic.
