The Groping of Miss USA Gives a Boost to Anti TSA Bill in Texas

Just when the bill was becoming dead in the Texas legislator being bogged down by the leadership in the House. Something gives it a boost from the grassroots to remove bill from the back burner to a high priority. The anti TSA bill would make it a felony for air travelers to be groped without probable cause or a warrant signed by a judge. I am not happy about this young lady Miss USA being groped. I am optimistic about this injustice bestowed on her will create enough of a backlash to make it illegal in Texas for TSA to feel up passengers. It is a good start putting the TSA on notice.
I still do not think this bill goes far enough. I still say legislate the TSA out of Texas.Throw them out of Texas. Even if it is illegal to touch in an inappropriate way. These thugs will find more creative ways to trample the person's dignity as air travelers that just as bad or worse. They have ways to get around state laws and one step ahead countering the backlash. When dealing with tyrants. There is no such thing as half measures and doing things half ass.We either go all the way.Just throw them out or there is no victory for freedom. Even if this bill becomes law. The TSA might ignore it all together. They will pay off Sheriffs and Police Chiefs not to enforce the laws in the form of grant money. That is how DHS and TSA will get around state law to keep the tyranny going. The Texas Legislator can not afford to be timid anymore toward Washington. They have to take a bold step forward pushing back. Evicting the TSA out of Texas would be a major victory for freedom and state's rights.
The only way to deal with such despotic and rogue agencies that have no intention backing off or changing their polices to accommodate being more passenger friendly. The only real solution is to throw out the DHS and TSA altogether out of Texas. Get rid of the problem completely. No matter how many laws are passed banning full body scanners and to prohibit groping of passengers. I do not see the TSA modifying its polices in the light of a backlash from the states. That is why we should just throw them out altogether and be rid of the problem. It would good for business in Texas. It is just common sense. If I have vicious dog who keeps biting my children and guest. Do I reason with the dog putting down rules saying no you can not bite people? The animal is too set in their ways and can not be reformed. No I will get rid of the dog if this pet becomes a threat or a nuisance to my kids and guest. Like dealing with the mean dog.Treat the TSA the same way. Get rid of the TSA and the problem will go away.

  2. Funny. The rest of the US often says the same thing about Texas.

  4. You know what? Double edged swords need to cut both ways. As fuck all crazy as Texas is, this is a good thing.

  5. My family has two long trips this year - Miami-Texas and Miami-Tennessee. Guess what? Hotels and car rental companies will get our business. Southwest Air and American Airlines won't. Just one family and little bit of money - BUT imagine if we weren't the only ones who did this?
