The audacity of arrogance of this President in the recent light of the phony Osama Bin Lane videos of him watching TV and all the Photoshop pictures released released of the raid. Osama Bin Laden has been dead for almost 10 years. It is old news to the world. I sat there and watched 60 minutes on CBS. I rarely watch this show. This time I watched because the President was going to regal his tale of how this phony raid went down. I found it very hard to sit through the whole show listening to this liar in chief regurgitate the lies and falsehoods that have been disproved as a hoax all week long.
I do not care how much they say"This is a good day for America because Osama Bin Laden is dead"It was not a good day for America at all. When it has been proved Osama Bin Laden has been dead for a good long time with reliable sources to prove it. I did not believe a word the President said in his interview with 60 Minutes. It seemed like everything was staged and choreographed in a script.It did not matter if he was with the military at Ft Camble or with the Firefighters near ground zero. I seen how he congratulated his staff after the raid with vice President calling congress breaking the news. I can not believe anything coming out of this White House anymore because they have been caught time and time again in so many lies. It is staggering President Obama is pushing this latest fiasco knowing the public is very skeptical even after all the Photoshops and videos have been proven fake.
This 60 minutes interview is nothing more than damage control and trying to salvage something after the whole operation was proven a hoax. If he can not sell the public that he really killed Osama Bin Laden. He will find it very hard to sell staying in Afghanistan and Iraq. Obama did mention the possibility of drawing down forces in the Afghan republic was the only good thing he said if he can keep his word. He will find it difficult to convince people to reinstate the Patriot act and the TSA doing these intrusive unconstitutional searches. It will be very hard to justify having a Department of Homeland Security. This whole war on Terror after almost 10 years has all been hype selling fear and hysteria.The cost of trillions of Dollars,many lives of our soldiers and innocent blood have been lost and the loss of liberty has burned out the public. More people die drowning in a swimming pools and,bathtubs than die at the hand of terrorism. This whole War of Terror was just a big hype to enrich the Military industrial complex,Wall Street and an excuse to take away our freedoms.
After almost 10 years of in our face Al Quada is going to get us.We Americans are too burned out to be afraid of another bogyman. We are burned out on fear.Bin Laden was dead for many years and we wasted so much and lost so much to the point of being bankrupt.
