Airport Being Sued for Illegal Free Speech Zones Policies Protesting TSA security measures.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
First Amendment  Bill of Rights of the US Constitution

No law shall be passed, restraining the free interchange of thought and opinion, or restricting the right to speak, write, or print, freely, on any subject whatever: but for the abuse of that right, every person shall be responsible. Section 9 Indiana Constitution Bill of Rights

There is no doubt the Transportation Security Administration is experiencing a backlash.over the intrusive enhanced pat downs and full body scanners as unconstitutional. For the people standing up to this gaggle of thugs thinking they can have their way with us.The TSA does not want to be under any scrutiny. They do not want anyone to know what the people's legal remedy is to counter this overly intrusive security measures either. I just wonder did the TSA and DHS have any influence over airport putting this policy in place to counter the backlash before national opt out day?
A combat veteran who is now a student along with the Indiana ACLU has now filed a lawsuit against the Fort Wayne International Airport protesting the resolution passed by the Fort Wayne/Allen county airport authority on the free speech zones. This student and a Iraq war veteran wants to pass out copies of the US Constitution and other materials protesting the TSA to air travelers. He can only do it from a Free Speech Zone according from airport policy. The lawsuit states free speech zones violate the right to speech because the airport is a public property funded with tax money. These free speech zones violate the first amendment.
These are the years we are fighting to have our free speech on every front. They are attacking the free internet. State and local politicians are trying to attack free speech and our redress of grievances in all 50 states. This lawsuit might be one small battle being fought by forces who declared war on our rights nationwide. They are determined to do what it takes to make the people silent. We must must be more diligent in fighting back with everything at our disposal and willing to go the distance to defeat them. Wherever we may live these petty tyrants have no intention of backing off either. That is why we can not retreat anymore.
