This is not communism! This is what happens when men think they can create and maintain a "utopian pipe dream" and govern the people through it. All governments fail! This is because people are too lazy, naive and irresponsible to govern their own lives and too greedy and arrogant to let their neighbor do the same! Whenever a large group of people allow their society to be run by a small group of people you will always get some form of what this video clip shows. Even the USA is doing these things to the people!
