Stress Reliever is Exercise.

              One thing I learned is if you want to clear your mind and exert some excess energy. That is to exercise. It could be bike riding and lifting weight at home or the gym. This is how not only keep our bodies in good working order with healthy habits. It has some much dividends then we can imagine if we can self discipline ourselves to a daily regimen to exercise daily. If I do not workout. I do not feel well. I cannot get a good nights sleep either.

               Exercise is good for the mind. It keeps the mind sharp and alert. Regardless how much life may demand from us. Having a healthy habit of exercising does help us cope with life. I can tell you it does resonate with people around us when a daily workout allows to a healthy outlet coping with stress for the day. It is better for your well being all around. Many retirees die within years who use to work in jobs that required lifting and using strength. When they retire having idle life.
