Texas State Legislator will not act on the New Super Congress. Told me to Contact Attorney General.

The purpose of the Attorney General is to represent the State in court on the behalf of the the People, the State Legislature and the Governor. I was asking him to approach the AG Greg Abbot since he is on the Sovereignty Committee in the State House. Since this Super Congress undermines their authority under the 9th and 10th Amendments. Here is the letter he sent back instead of confronting the threat.

Here is Attorney General's email address greg.abbot@oag.state.tx.us

Tell the AG to challenge the Super Congress if members of our State Legislature will not act on the behalf of the people.

  1. Once the Texas Attorney general kicks you out of his office, you can spend some time investigating just how he gained his position there. You can bet Att. Gen. Gonzalez had similar predelictions. As did the director of prisons. Leather boys and fascists, all.
I feel Dr. Ron Paul and people like Rep.Jack Brooks represent a true hope for Texas. There are a lot of gangsters out there.

  2. Gee, I'm surprised you could read it. Why in the world has your precious AG not indicted George W Bush yet? Why have you yourself not demanded that he be indicted and arrested, given that he is in your godawful state? At least Illinois had the guts to take care of their criminal Republickers, but Texans, well, you're just to chicken shit!
