I always send empty pre-paid envelops back to organizations I don't care for. Costs them money and helps support the USPS which at least performs a useful function.
A person can tape the pre-paid return envelope to a cinderblock or dead car battery and cost the payer a freaking fortune. My wife worked in magazines and had to deal with pranks like that -- I like it....
