    It seems that anymore, the cops are out to make money for the county, speed traps and red light cameras. Most peoples infraction if any on laws are minor and not a safety issue, yet the penalty is usually considerable. The constant surveillance of the public in order to make money for slight infractions of the law or red light traps set to make money are police state tactics.
