Yeah, let's all vote for this! A bill that, "conveys the feelings of Congress", and "disapproves of the President's confiscation".

A bill which has no actual force of law.
A bill which is entirely symbolic.
This does nothing more than ask the President- real nicely- if he doesn't mind please not using his Executive powers to confiscate from Americans. Pretty please? No? Well, ok then. Sorry to bother you Mr. President.
Why support this non-binding, non-consequence, completely toothless legislation?
The bite is on for freemasons, Knights Templar, Knights of Malta, Rhodes Scholars and other agents domestic but loyal to the City of London. The subject of this rapine and pillage is any economic competition to the NATO beneficiaries. That put the U.S. and Japan and many middle eastern nations right in their path. England was supposed to be an ally, but your average brave 10 year old could look at all the evidence and see that it is no longer if ever true.
