What a Sick Joke the President Will Sign the National Defence Authorization Bill on Bill of Rights Day

On this day 222 years ago, the Bill of Rights was ratified as part of the US Constitution to secure freedom of the people and to restrain goverment power over its citizens. Without the Bill of Rights, many of the other free states out from under the yoke of Great Britain would not sign on to the Constitution. Today is a day when the US Congress and the President just became traitors violating their oath of office. As the Preambler to the Bill of Rights as stated:


THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution
RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.:
ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Preamble to the Bill of Rights.

This is the day the Congress and the President drove a stake through the Bill of Rights, our God given rights are under attack by a bunch of delusional tyrants. These rights belong to us and not the Government. This is the time we really will learn the value of the right to keep and bear arms. This is the time were the ballot box may not be the remedy and might have to resort to the cartridge box to defend our liberties.

This is why it is a sick joke the President and Congress did on us. Let no member of the House or Senate not have a Merry Christmas when they return home from their districts. Let them be put to open shame before the people be broke their trust to. If they ignore the Constitution, we will ignore their laws because how they see our Bill of Rights as a G-d D--m piece of paper. We should see their illegal laws the same way. A piece of paper too that has no effect. I just wonder, have we reached the tipping point now. The people are getting ready to push back?

  2. Push back? As in someone posting the address and itinerary of fine gentlemen like Jamie Dimon, Hank Paulson, Jacob Rothschilds, Carlos Slim, Ted Turner, Lloyd Blankfein, Hughs Grant of Monsanto etc...with the anticipation that "lone wolves" will methodically rub out these fine rat bastards?

    I wonder why a typical Marine Corps major with kids in college hasn't fragged guys causing the destruction of his savings account? Why hasn't the limo driver of Larry Silverstein arranged for the boss to slip down some stairs? What is the average FBI agent, run of the mill police lieutenant sitting on his duff arresting low level 7-11 thief, instead of going after Lieberman??

    In such vein, what the hell am I waiting for?

  6. I read an excellent article from the Tenth Amendment Center. Here is part of it:

    "You do not have constitutional rights. You just have rights.

    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness

    Unalienable: not capable of being repudiated.

    You don’t worship as your conscience dictates because the Bill of Rights says you can. You don’t speak your mind because of a grant from the government. You don’t defend your life, family and property because the framers saw fit to write the Second Amendment.

    The first eight amendments making up the Bill of Rights specify rights and privileges the federal government may not in any way abridge. It codifies protections of life liberty and property – rights each of us naturally possess – and enshrines specific privileges in the judicial system already accepted in Anglo-American law.

    Finally, the Ninth Amendment makes the limiting nature of the Constitution clear.

    The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

    The framers wanted to make sure everyone understood that the Constitution only grants the feds prescribed, specific, enumerated powers. The Ninth Amendment infers the corollary to this truth. The federal government may not exercise any powers not granted. And it makes clear that the few rights specifically highlighted in the Bill of Rights do not count as an all-inclusive list. The federal government cannot exercise ANY powers other than those granted."

    Our rights are "unalienable and not capable of being repudiated. And, the federal government cannot exercise ANY powers other than those granted.

    The framers of the Constitution obviously had it on their minds that those in power may, at some point, try and trample on individual rights... I wonder why they did not insert into the document any recourse for a government that tries to do it.

    Although if you listen to Obama speak for any length of time, it becomes clear that he does not think of anyone as an individual but society as a collective which is really screwy because even in a collective society, there is always going to be an individual that "runs the show." It's a form of slavery, for sure... except it would be more obvious than it is now. Hopefully this is not where this is headed.

  7. The "indefinite detention bill" is unlawful as it does not adhere to the Constitution. By passing this bill, the law has been broken. What laws, then, should we the people follow? What kind of message is this sending to the public? That laws are made to be broken?
