Why I Avoid Enrolling into Automatic Debit and Paperless Billing Plans
Direct TV is punishing me for not enrolling in the automatic debit and paperless billing option. They are making pay a higher rate because I refuse to enroll for paperless billing and automatic debit scheme. Well I have my reasons why I do enroll in this system. First, I do not want my bank information or card information in their computer system. If they have my card number with expiration date and CCV number which is the three numbers on the back of the card. My finances are not safe in their hands. I still prefer sending in a money order with snail or using Money Gram to send in a payment to them because I want to keep my financial information safe.
It is not because I do not trust Direct TV. I do not trust some of the people inside the corporation who have access to this information. I do not trust mailing in check either if they have my account number and routing number in a strangers hands today. I know it may convenient for Direct TV to automatically debit from my account on a certain day. I just worry about them double billing or even triple billing me for the same charge. I have seen things like this happen when I do not have control over my financial information or when I put my money in other people's control.
I want a physical paper bill mailed to me, I do not want the paperless billing because they can always change things if I check the information online. Regardless how good technology is making things convenient for the company. There is always the risk of my financial information being stolen no matter how secure they claim their system maybe. I do not use my bankcard shopping online; I now use a PayPal Money Pak for buying products online so no one can access my bank information.
Direct TV should respect the customer’s wishes to pay the old-fashioned way and not punish people who refuse to enroll in their automatic debit payment every month. It still feels like someone taking money out of my wallet every time they do because I never know when they do it. It is obvious paying my Satellite bill is going to be paid the old-fashioned way is the only safe way to go. I just do not trust my bank information in the hands of strangers. Today, financial privacy is more important then ever to keep our transactions away from prying eyes inside the government spooks and identity thieves. Do you agree?

Texas Sheriff Starts Snitch Program Using Iphone Applications.
It is funny how these programs sound reasonable at first, then the real intent rears its ugly head of its real intent. It is a real nightmare waiting to happen. The Harris County Sheriff is starting a snitch program to go after sex offenders. He is encouraging people to call in tips to locate and arrest these fugitives using an Iphone application. I want sex offenders off the streets in jail as a parent myself. I am not willing to sacrifice my freedoms for this program. Like any government program, it is my suspicion, this program might be funded with federal dollars. This is another NAZI stasis style snitch program on steroids with the new technology using these Iphones. This is another Police State Trojan horse in the name of the children going after sex offenders who harm these little ones.
The Harris County Sheriff Department has a new Iphone application that can be downloaded in partnership with Crime Stoppers is setting up a snitch network with these Iphone applications provided by the Harris County Sheriff. When you go to the application webpage to download the application onto your Iphone, look at the real purpose for these applications. There is nothing to mention going after sex offenders on the website. It actually says:

When I hear the words "protecting us from" od "gun" in this public statement by the county Sheriff. The red flag goes up in my head. Someone like a plumber or someone cleaning my carpet that has one of these Iphones with one of these applications can send information of my gun displayed over the fireplace. Yes I can see them turning me in for owning a gun, the accuser who send this anonymously thinking I am committing a crime just for owning firearms bypassing my fourth amendment right to privacy. So will the Sheriff and crime stoppers give bounties out for snitching on people who own guns legally next? Can these applications be used to build a database to locate who own guns by entering in the information on these Iphones to be uploaded to the Sheriff‘s office?
With these new applications to used by law enforcement employing the people to snitch on their neighbors, using these Iphones is very scary. I always see the police state plays on the good intentions of the people to sell something to the public. Please beware all these programs all have a hidden agenda for a purpose far more sinister. I do not trust using this snitch program starting for just sex offender using the new technology available. Programs like these can far expand into other areas violating people’s privacy for other nefarious reasons.
Technology is a two edged sword, It can be used for good and for bad purposes. Depending on who is in control? Well with one of the Iphone applications, here is how you can put it to good use for the good of the children. If they want to go after the real sex offenders who break the law daily who is not arrested yet. Just take the Iphone down to Hobby or Bush Intercontinental airports and turn in the TSA for the groping the children and for violating state laws on touching people without a person's consent. Then we might be able to clean up Houston.
Real Gun Control is the People Disarming the Federal Government
One of the biggest causes of premature death of people that far surpasses car accidents, plagues and natural death is the hand of the tyrannical government. It is the government that should not be trusted with guns. The BATF will raid a house of a home with a person who has a thousand rounds of ammunition and a few rifles. On the six o'clock news, the feds will call it an arsenal. When the government buys 450 million rounds, it is preparation. They will deny a veteran the right to keep and bear arms for PTSD due to being in combat. At the same time, the government will gladly allow some veterans who came back from multiple deployments from Iraq and Afghanistan who are mentally unstable to wear a police uniform being allowed to carry a gun and a badge..
This is the same government nearly 19 years ago burned down the Branch Davidian Church in Waco Texas. A little over 20 years ago, government agents at the siege at Ruby Ridge Idaho fatally wounded both teen-age boy and his mother. There have been abuses by government agents working for the IRS, the FBI, DEA, Homeland Security and the BATF over the years when the use of force was not necessary. They break their own laws we would go to prison for. So tell me, who is the threat? Is it us or them with the guns?
They break down doors with no knock warrants in the middle of the night, with a good number of those searches being the wrong house. They terrorize children and innocent families for no reason. The government going in with their guns drawn on unsuspecting people raiding organic food stores when force was not needed says one thing needs to be done. I do not think the people are going to wait for congress to pass a law to stop it. Never mind fearing the people being armed being the problem. It is the government cannot be trusted with too many guns.
It is time for Real Gun control which is the People disarming the government of their guns they are abusing the American people with. The government has too many guns and too many people who are mentally unstable who should not get a gun and a badge in the first place. The only federal agents who should have guns are the Federal Marshals, the Secret Service ,the Treasury Department and the Border patrol, which are constitutional functions that require the agents to be armed. The other alphabet soup agencies should not be armed because they are not constitutional. For many years, the FBI agents did not carry firearms.
It is time for the people to disarm the Federal government; they have become a threat to the safety and security of the American people. They are a rogue band of criminals running wild. The President wants to disarm us because they do not have a monopoly on deadly force. We have seen what happens when the people are disarmed and the government has all the guns. We see mass murder and genocides. We see mass graves. This is why the government must be disarmed of its unconstitutional powers by removing the guns away from agents acting outside the Constitution.
Lawful Federal agents are armed because the people delegated the right to keep and bear arms to these hired officers to perform a function for the safety and security of the nation. I know when Obama tries to send out police and soldiers to do house to house searches to confiscate the guns. We might see not the people being disarmed, but the government. With those 450 million rounds of ammunition, DHS just purchased. All those bullets might all be put back into the proper hands where it belongs. That is with the people and the militia.
Using the Treyvon saga to go after the right to self-defense and the right to keep and bear arms will not work. People know the scam of gun control. When there are 5 million purchases of firearms of month by the people because they do not trust the government. They can go after the ammunition and the gun all they want. At the end of the day, it will be the people who will disarm the government. It is not the people who need to be disarmed. It is the government where gun control is needed. Even Ron Paul says the government is the one who needs to be disarmed, not the people. What is your opinion?

The Fake Moral Outrage of the Treyvon Martin Saga is as Phony as Kony. The Lie is Killing People.
People who claim to be conservatives and Americans better find you body parts and start standing up to these race pimps who profit off inciting hate among the races playing the divide and conquer game. The problem is not white racism. It was at one time, but not anymore. Now it is black bigotry acting like a clergyman. Yes, I am talking about Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton spewing hatred fanning the flames with their own racist rhetoric.
It is almost 20 years since the LA riots took place in the aftermath of the not guilty verdict of Rodney King trial when four LAPD officers were on trial. I remember that day where they were trying to inflict us with false guilt of being white people. I remember seeing Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton there to trying to stop the riots. Looking back, they both had glee in their eyes because they wanted to city to burn because it gives them free publicity. These two do not stay in power when race relations are good; these people thrive on racial strife plain and simple.
I recall when reports of a left wing crazy gunman seriously shot Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords in a shopping center in Arizona during a public appearance. Before the truth came out who really pulled the trigger. The left wing freedom haters of free speech was telling us we have to tone down our rhetoric because they were trying to blame the patriots for this shooting. President Clinton blames Conservative talk radio and the militia movement for the Oklahoma City Bombing. These leftist always tell us" we need to tone down our rhetoric because it will incite violence". It is their own words that incite violence, not our words.
I am tired of the false white guilt being thrown in our faces on the news twenty fours hours a day over Treyvon Martin being a race based crime. They will use this bill to attack gun ownership and for more hate crime laws to further attack free speech. These self-appointed Black Leaders claiming to speak for the Negro are just political opportunist using a tragic event for their own personal gain. They are happy Treyvon is dead because if he was not dead. He is no use to them. If Treyvon was alive, Al and Jesse would not give him the time of day.
I see the double standard in the media trying to divide the people-using race. We are not hearing about Black on white crime, which is very rampant, more the white on black crime. Recently a white teenager was set on fire by a group of black youths. Another white couple where the woman was raped and was forced to watch her boyfriend is mutilated before they both were shot to death. Where is the call for these black race pimps to tone it down on the rhetoric? We do not see them at all. They went after Sen. Trent Lott for making a far less statement they accuse him of racism but never call out the current President for saying his divisive comments. Any good statesmen would say" let the criminal justice system work" and withhold judgment. They would not say," If I had a son, he would look like Treyvon" as our President so recklessly did. No one is holding him accountable for his words. There is a double standard and a media blackout when it comes to horrific black on white crime. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

America's History of Armed Tax Revolts. Can it Happen Again?
What is being taught about history in the classroom and what really happened is two different things. We never hear about the history of when the people revolt over unjust taxes, we hear about protest and marches. We are lucky if the Boston Tea Party is being taught in the classroom and books. We only hear about the calls for civil disobedience from various activists. Sometimes they work making changes needed. Other times, they are not enough to go the distance to correct injustices. We as Americans are rich in history of armed tax revolts, it is just never talked about anymore in history classes.
One of the most oppressive things that can be imposed on the people is unreasonable taxes that do not benefit the people, but interest that do seek to enrich themselves only. Taxation is theft. We fought a war with England over this. When the war ended and we became independent as a free nation no longer under the British crown. The scallywags in power here tried to bring the banking system back into the United States with the First National Bank under the advice of Alexander Hamilton.
One of the terms for peace is England wanted us to pay for war reparations after we won and beat the redcoats. What such audacity, people as Alexander Hamilton thought we should pay England's war debt. I am not talking about the war debt to France and Spain. The British Crown wanted to pay the war debt for the war for independence also. Not just the French and Indian wars of the 1760s.
This is why they wanted to draft the US Constitution to pay off the war debt with a centralized government. This started a war between the Federalist and the Anti Federalist. The people who wanted a central bank of the United States wanted a Constitution using the auspices we have to pay off this war debt. Part of that debt was war reparations to Great Britain.
The Shays Rebellion, which happened before the Constitution, was ratified by the Free states. I have a hard time reconciling with as a noble insurrection because on one side they wanted to State Legislature to print up paper money backed by nothing to get the economy going which was not good. One the other side of the equation, the politicians were paid high salaries. Farmers were paying high taxes on their land to pay for the war. There was the protest of debtor’s prisons also that had the people in an uprising. One of injustices the early colonist fought so hard to be rid of. The Shays rebellion was a tax revolt that is still debated as an act of treason or noble uprising.
The Fries's rebellion was a new tax imposed on Property and slaves. This was the first direct tax or what we call an income tax being imposed to pay for a standing Army and Navy to pay for an undeclared war supposedly with France called the Quasi war of 1798. It was so bad, even tax collectors resigned then be shot.
Then there is the Whiskey Rebellion where there was a tax on spirits. People were not too happy having their whiskey being subject to a sin tax. This tax was imposed to pay the war debt to Great Britain not for the French and Indian wars. However, for the war reparations for a war we won throwing out the King's army. This is the agreement upon singing the Treaty of Paris. It was agreed the colonies would pay Great Britain's war debt thanks to a few sellouts at the negotiating table. That has been the history in war in many cases. We lose all we gained on the battlefield at the negotiating table.
Moving forward to today in moderns times All our simple pleasure or tobacco products, beer, wine and other spirits are taxed to excess. We tolerate too many taxes on everything we buy, our earnings and what we own already. It is said we work the first five months, we work to pay off the government in taxes. The early Americans would have started shooting at ten percent of these taxes imposed on us. The question is how long it will last.
We look at the taxes being proposed today could be the straw that breaks the camel's back. We look at Obamacare and these Carbon taxes being imposed. We are looking at a global tax now to fund the UN. We look at present taxes being raised with services being cut to pay the Bankers… We are seeing this in European countries where the government is raising taxes to pay off a debt they do not owe or to benefit a special interest that does not serve the welfare or well-being of the people.
The Bankers by fraud made some countries sign onto a debt they do not owe that belong to the robber barons. They use financial terrorism and economic warfare to coerce nations to accept this debt. Then these nations are forced to raise taxes, sign over their infrastructure, and cut services to pay the banker's debt.
All these burdensome taxes that stated rebellions and revolts is. All these taxes had nothing to do with paying for the public interest and all the taxes were going to benefit a small group of people for their enrichment to pay for something or a debt they do not owe. Can we see a major tax revolt again with Obama imposing Obamacare with newly hire IRS agents to try to force us to pay for Obamacare or to pay for Al Gore's carbon tax? Even though injustices we may suffer for a time, there is a breaking point where the people will say enough. That is paying for taxes we never consented and opposed. I feel the breaking point coming and it does not look pretty.
