Protesting of Teachers In Austin Over Budget Cuts Still Going On And Do not see Ending Anytime Soon.

               While The Texas legislator still debates and vote on the state's budget. Many interest around the state are opposing the new state budget.The Teachers most of all are protesting the deep budget cuts to education.The State's Education budget was one of most severe that was cut. Setting aside the Teacher's unions.Not speaking about the failing of public education.There are many good teachers who are dedicated who do their job well trying to to teach the children. Many teachers complain and are correct in saying which is true. All the curriculum is not geared teaching.It is preparing students to take the TAK test to pass it so they can get federal funds. Teaching students to take the TAKs test so they can pass instead of educating is a big burdens in the costly to the education budget. Many teachers do not like this at all with good reason.
                 The teachers mainly have to realize why the state is cutting the education budget is not a budget short fall. It is Austerity measure were Wall Street and the Big central banks need to be bailed out at the expense of our children getting a quality education. Where the real savings to education can start is at the local level at the School Board. The real cost that is a drain on the budget is Federal Mandates as an example of No Child Left behind that cost more than what the Federal Money that is brought in.School boards need to opt out of these mandates. They are costly and counterproductive to comply with these Federal mandates. When the teachers and the State legislator throw off the shackles of these Federal mandates and start to return education to local and state control. Nothing will change.
                When the Teachers protest next time in Austin which I see not letting up anytime soon. I want them to know about the Wall Street and the Central Bankers will be bailed out at Texans expense. No money to Wall street Money Addicts and the Bankers should be the battle cry. The Texas legislator should also opt out of Federal Mandates starting with No Child Left Behind because it cost more to implement than what the Federal government gives back in return. Just acting on opting out of Federal control will certainly will close the gap on budget shortfalls.Teachers need to know this too before they protest.That is "No Money to Wall Street and No More Costly Federal Mandates!"

Texas House Holds Public Hearings On Bills Restricting The Abuses of the TSA

               On April 6,2011. There will be public hearings on restricting the TSA using enhanced pats downs and full body scanners In the House Transportation committee there will be public hearings on restricting full body scanners in airports and bus stations. HB-1938 is scheduled before it clears committee going to the house floor for a vote. These full body scanners are not safe and proven safe. X-Ray ,Cat scans and MRI machines are heavily regulated in hospitals to ensure safety to the patient and the technician at all times.
              The House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee will be holding public hearings on HB-1937 real soon. Many sworn peace officers have complained that this agency does criminal acts touching in places that violate policy and procedure in these state law enforcement agencies. If any of these people in law enforcement does what the TSA does.They have their badge and gun ripped from them with taking up residency in a jail cell.
              What should be really be discussed in these public hearings is throwing the TSA and Homeland security out altogether.The state of Texas is capable is dealing with security threats without the help of the Federal government. Homeland security was not needed for the Final Four and the Super Bowl. It certainly not needed for any sporting events.Texas handled security without any complications or a hitch many years before these two rogue agencies came into existence.  We do not need TSA on out state highways and interstates.We do not need them in shopping malls and tourist attractions. What really needs to discussed is throwing Homeland Security and the willing minion agency the TSA kicked out of Texas before it expands its power on the streets of the Lone Star State. This is the time we must not accept compromise or a watered down bill. It is time we send a message to Washington DC that Texas and Texans make the rules. Not Homeland security.
               The TSA has hurt the tourist industry in many places around the country including Texas. People rather not fly anymore if they have to endure groping and having their naked body scanned.Now on top of that. People's Laptop computers and mobile communication devices like cell phones and blackberrys being confiscated without cause. No one will either fly if they run risk of theft of cash and other valuables from their luggage by the TSA. Why not just throw them out. Restricting the TSA will not be enough. I believe they will find another way harass air travelers that can be just intrusive.Just throw the thugs out and say DON"T MESS WITH TEXAS anymore.

New York City Health Workers Banned From Having Junk Food and High Fats Diets. I will Have those Fries Anyway And The City Take That Diet and Shove It!

                  I am against the State or Local governments through laws and ordinances telling people how to eat banning trans fats.People still have the right to choose what they want to eat. If they want to eat a diet with fats or a garden salad. That is the personal preference of the individual and the restaurant who wants to serve a certain clientele to decide. I do not want the nanny state to make that choice for me when I go out to eat. Now it has gone too far were the employer is dictating what a person has for lunch.
                   New York City Health Department now has and banned and prohibited worker from having foods deep fried and cookies.No sodas and no Twinkies. It is none of the city's business in how a person will eats. It is none of their business. If Health Department workers want to stuff their faces with fatty foods. Let them have it.If City Health Department wants to encourage healthy eating habits among the staff. That is OK. Once they mandate workers change their eating habits and personal preferences is really were I have a big problem with.That is getting heir foot in the door to run the rest of a person's life.What is next? What we watch on TV or what time we go to bed will be regulated too? Not all the new rules are bad. Among the adopted rules of not wearing perfumes ,cologne on the job and having good personal hygiene .That is common sense. The worse thing I hate is strong smell of perfume by a worker on the job or someone looking like a slob having body odor in a government position.
                  They will use the excuse of high health care cost of the insurance companies have to pay to micro manage people lives if there is opposition. It is about control. The nanny state were we have our diets chosen for us. What will happen next? Once they get these people on a healthy diet, I can see them coming to our door step inspecting our pantries tell us we are not eating right. My food and my diet is none of the State's business whether I work for the government or not. We must say no to the nanny state.
                     

Offensive and Opposing Speech is Still Protected Speech.It is Not for the Politicians to Decide

                Here they go again with the religious dupes in the church pews cheering on a Pastor burning Korans. I do not agree with his actions. His actions do offend Muslims. But offensive speech is protected speech.So is opposing wars and policies of the government is protected speech too.It is the right of the Muslims to have a Mosque near ground zero too.They have a right to worship and to use property as they see fit. If it is a Mosque.That is a first amendment right.
                What these dumb evangelical Christians do not see and refuse to acknowledge is it is not the Muslims demanding nativity scenes and crosses removed from public places. It is not the Muslims stopping prayers.I have no fear of Sharia law coming to America. Because it is not the truth.This is all a diversion to keep our eyes off the real enemy. That is the Pro Israel groups like the Anti Defamation League who attack religious freedom.We do not see Council of Islamic American Relations(CIAR) taking cities to court to have crosses removed from a city park.We do see these Jewish pro Israel groups calling for the arrest to people who question the true story of the Holocaust. It is these Jewish groups out imposing their will on us.It these people imposing enslavement on us. Go ahead Church keep blessing the hand the persecutes you and attacks your right to worship.
                  To hear General Petraeus and Senator Lindsey Graham saying that burning Korans will hurt the war effort and we must restrict free speech. To hear the audacity we must restrict the right to dissent because the attack on Libya will be in jeopardy of failing . To say our speech is unpatriotic is the most un American statement you can make saying our opposing the war helps the terrorist is a lie on its face. Senator and General. I hope the people of your state throw you out next election and General. If you make statements like that saying we must restrict free speech. You need to be relived of duty and command fir being a stooge for the globalist. Our founders made it clear 235 years ago and still is relevant today. "Dissent is the highest form of patriotism".

              With the vote on raising the debt ceiling coming up and the proposed cuts in spending too much for the Obama Administration to bear. It is good that people in congress who ran on the Tea Party Platform Starting to show their discontent and displeasure at Speaker of the House John Boehner for not being serious about countering the out of control spending in the White House. People are now realizing While the Speaker of the House Dances with the President. The country is crumbling.borrowing to fund extravagant government boondoggles like socialized Medicine called Obamcare.The grassroots who were part of the Tea Party do not want politicians who will go along to get along like John Boehner and the NEO conservatives with the White House making deals. They want action and cuts to spending with no more
               Now the Leadership of the Republicans in congress wants to ditch the Tea Party movement.In their minds they are no longer useful till reelection. I think they will make a big mistake blowing off the Tea Party. I think it will be the these phony conservatives being thrown overboard like useless cargo this time if they burn the Tea Party. I think people are tired of being burned by these politicians.They work hard to get them elected and reelected holding onto hope they will deliver only to be disappointed. Many conservatives including me were burned by President George W Bush hoping he reverse the big government predecessor Bill Clinton and stop using our military for nation building. The Bush presidency has expanded government and has the empire expanding through wars engaging in nation building. Everything George W Bush promised to stop he did the opposite and expanded what the Clinton Administration started.We all were burned and betrayed.
               Now I see the Tea Party revolt happening not against the Democrats this time. Now it is the Republicans head they want on a platter.Now we see the Tea Party starting to weed out the RINOS and NEO CON-ARTIST.Starting with John Boehner not only removing him as speaker. They want him out of congress. If the Republican leadership thinks it can blow off the grassroots of the Tea Party and side with the bankers and Walls Street like nothing happened.If the Republicans think they can get away with not cutting the spending. Allowing the size of government to grow without consequence borrowing against our future going further into debt.. I think the grass roots of the Tea Party will be far more harsh with the Republicans claiming to be conservatives than they were ever with the Democrats.Why?Because they promised and refused to deliver.

Another WACO Or A Ruby Ridge To Serve As Damage Control For The Gunrunning Scandal and Politcal Corruption?The Bad Guys Are Getting Desperate

                We see desperation coming out of the Federal Government who has lost all credibility with the people. No one trust them anymore and thanks to the internet.Alternative media is driving the dinosaur old mainstream media to extinction.The people do not believe the government spin and can not trust them to tell the truth anymore. In the past the government staged crisis and created event to distract the public away from negative publicity.
                 On August 21,1992 began the Ruby Ridge incident were Randy Weaver refused to show up in Federal Court for a firearms charge for selling a sawed off shotgun to an undercover Federal agent. When the siege started was over when Federal Marshals doing a routine scouting walk ran into Randy Weaver and his 14 year old son Samuel Weaver was shot in the back by these agents. Then there was the murder of Randy's wife Vikki Weaver shot by a sniper while holding her youngest daughter. The whole Ruby Ridge siege was a black eye on the Federal government because the questionable rule of engagement used during the crisis.
                  It was rumored the ATF might be dismantled because its legitimacy as an agency was called into question.It has been reported in many incidence were the ATF was becoming a brutal and abusing people people since 1988 when George H.W. Bush became President is when the heavy hand of government started to rear its ugly head through these agencies. Negros in the agency were reporting on racism reflected in the conduct in other agents.The ATF was plagued with many scandals up to 1993 that generated bad publicity in the public eye.
                   I believe the raid on the Branch Davidian's home was a way to generate good publicity.To distract the public from all the scandals in the ATF that were numerous. To be seen as legitimate agency and get more funding from congress because they were going after the so called dangerous cult leader David Koresh was the appearance of all evil. The propaganda machine was in full warp drive with the Federal Government controlling the information to the press. When the Federal Government its final act of burning down the Home and Church which resulted in the death of all the occupants. Justifying the final assault because the welfare of the children was the concern as an excuse that ended in tragedy for the Branch Davidians. The ATF were heroes in the media because they went after a nut case evil cult leader with guns. It was all propaganda for public consumption.Two documentaries "WACO The Big Lie" or "WACO The Rules of Engagement " .Both films exposed what really happened that was not reported in the mainstream news media. Both incidents at Waco and Ruby ridge had people from both sides of the political spectrum asking serious questions about the conduct of the government. This is not a left right issue.This is about right and wrong. This scares the establishment that people from both sides coming together united with more than a rebuke.
               Since the Waco raid and  new questions being raised about the heavy hand of the government starting to surface. The militia movement was coming into full swing. Conservative and Patriot Talk radio was was gaining popularity as an alternative source of news. The States rights movement was starting to gain momentum. The Clinton White House was not popular with their Health care bill and gun control legislation.The White Water scandal among others was nipping at the heals of the President Clinton. People had no confidence in his leadership. This resulted in the Republicans taking both houses in Congress after 40 years under the control of the Democrats.The globalist agenda was losing. The state of Oklahoma legislator was in the process passing an Anti UN bill. Than the Oklahoma city bombing of a Federal building happened that allowed the Clinton administration to demonize his opposition and to regain public confidence in Clinton's Leadership. Evidence points what happened in Oklahoma city was a government operation to place blame on the enemies. This killed politically the state rights movement in the name of stopping domestic terrorist.
              September 11, 2001 was to revive the globalist agenda again and to cover up scandals against with the Bush administration On Sept.10 Secretary of Defense was being question about more than a one trillion dollars missing from the Pentagon. Bush was illegally wire tapping American citizens before 911.When 9-11-01 happened and the patriot act passed. This gave the President to justify the illegality of his activities spying on the American people. This was the excuse too to start a war with Afghanistan and Iraq to benefit many corporate and Israeli interest. Then there was the FBI setting up people and groups claiming to bomb this building and pull of some event to justify the draconian patriot act to "keep us safe"lie of those evil Muslims
               Looking at the national climate and the tension between the people and the Government media complex is escalating eclipsing the Clinton era. The corruption in the Obama administration makes all the past presidents look like choir boys in comparison. People are mad Health care bill socializing medicine was rammed down people throats.State secession movements and State right movement are gaining momentum. Gun sales are through the roof. American are becoming armed to the teeth ready to resist. This President is so desperate to divert attention away from his failings by starting wars in Libya and other middle east countries. This has only back fired on him because it is hurting people at the gas pumps. People see this is an unnecessary war and do not want to pay for with high gas prices. People have lost complete faith in his leadership. He can no demonize the second amendment with the Shooting of Congresswoman Giffords and the gun running into Mexico.
                We can see another WACO,Ruby Ridge or another siege of the Montana Freeman Standoff as a campaign to smear his enemies which might fail. The case against Hutaree militia is falling apart in Federal court. To convict oathkeeper Sgt Dyer of weapons charges was a failure. The jury found the former Marine not guilty. Regardless of the Federal government failure to gain any momentum attacking the opposition. We must be watchful.They may pull of false flag attack like the did in Oklahoma city to blame the patriots and demonize the opposition.As each days goes by were the resistance is rising day by day against the Federal government.Do not be surprised if the government attacks the America people to cause death on a mass scale to blame it on Muslims and Patriots.They are losing credibility and confidence in the people. They are desperate. You heard it from me. There is nothing they will not try to regain lost power. If they can not pull off a major false flag event soon. They will fall under the weight of all the scandals.
